STROL Early-access Terms

Early access and your account

STROL is provided by TECHTON SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES as an early-access Android inventory service. The new early-access build has no ads and does not initialize AdMob or UMP. Earlier private-test builds may still show sample test ads; live ads are not enabled. Features may change and errors can occur. Contact support@techtonsoftware.com for help, access problems and privacy requests.

Use a Google account you are authorized to use. Keep your device and account secure. Sign-in verifies identity; it does not make you an owner or member of anyone else’s store. Store owners choose staff permissions, and invitation recipients must explicitly accept.

30-day trial and payments

Starting the trial is an explicit action in the app. Each STROL account can start one 30-day Standard trial. Reinstalling, signing out or retrying the same trial request does not reset its dates. Signing in alone does not start the trial.

The Standard trial allows up to three owned stores, three distinct active staff across those stores and 500 active products per store. A staff member’s own stores and trial are separate from the employer’s store and subscription.

New payments and upgrades are unavailable during this public trial rollout while payment setup is being completed. The trial does not charge automatically. No card or automatic debit mandate is collected to start it. Any future purchase requires a separate explicit action and applicable purchase terms.

When a trial or paid entitlement expires, store records remain retained and access becomes read-only under the app’s subscription rules. Existing payment requests and their evidence remain separate; do not resend money because of a retry or pending status. Contact support about an existing request. An uploaded receipt alone never proves payment received.

Offline work and records

Offline editing requires a previously verified active entitlement and is limited to seven days after its last successful verification, or the earlier entitlement expiry. Reconnect to verify access and sync changes. Device security and integrity checks can require earlier reconnection.

A local change may remain pending, conflict or be rejected when synchronized. Confirm sync status before relying on another device’s copy. Keep appropriate business exports or backups. Do not clear app storage to resolve a pending change, because unsynchronized work can be lost.

Enter only information you are authorized to store and share. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions or quotas, or upload unlawful content. Store owners remain responsible for their staff permissions and entered business records. The app does not provide accounting, tax, legal or regulated professional advice.

Deletion and help

An owner can use the confirmed store Delete action to remove its synchronized store content from the active service database. Minimal identifiers and deletion markers remain to prevent stale devices from recreating it. Offline devices learn of deletion only after reconnecting; exported or shared copies are separate.

Deleting a store does not delete your STROL account, Google account or separate payment/security history. Request account access, correction or deletion at support@techtonsoftware.com. We verify the requester and review the effect on shared stores and retained payment/security information before acting. There is no automatic erase-all account screen or promised fixed retention or backup-erasure deadline.

Read the STROL Privacy Notice for data use, providers, earlier private-build sample ads and privacy choices. Before future live advertising, the notice and applicable choices will be updated. For help include the app version and a description of the issue; do not send passwords, device PINs or full payment credentials.
